Keith Niemann
Keith is the retired Director of Extension Human Resources for the University of Nebraska – Lincoln’s Extension Division. In this role, he was responsible for coordinating the hiring of Nebraska’s Extension staff as well as creating a staff development program. As a certified life coach, he continues to provide professional development opportunities for Extension, offering workshops in Coaching, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, The 5 Choices to Extraordinary Productivity, Talent Dynamics, and Real Colors Personality Preference.
Losing a grandson at 4 months of age, Keith knows that this heartache has a profound effect on grandparents and other family members.
